Al-Zaira Food Products Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, is a manufacturer and exporter of Indian Basmati, Non-Basmati and pesticide residue free rice, supplying bulk, corporate and private-label customers in India and 25+ countries.
Basmati: 1121, 1509, 1401, 1718, Pusa and Traditional. Non-Basmati: Sugandha, Sharbati, PR 11, PR 14, Parmal and Sona Masoori - in Raw, Steam, Sella and Golden Sella processes, plus a pesticide residue free range.
We export to more than 25 countries including the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, West Africa and the USA, with a focus on Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
Sella (parboiled) rice is soaked, steamed and dried before milling, so grains stay firm and separate. Golden Sella gets a longer steaming that gives a golden colour. Steam rice is lightly steamed and has a whiter colour and softer bite. Raw rice is not parboiled.
